Facilities
We have three state-of-the-art facilities for manufacturing of Ring Gears, Flexplates, Integral shaft (Water Pump) bearings & Machined components located in the industrial belt of Sinnar-Nashik, Maharashtra-India.
Starter Gear Division (SGD) Unit-I is spread across 20,000 SQM & comprises of 3 sections mainly Ring forming, Gear cutting and Heat treatment. Flexplate division is also located in the same premises.
Starter Gear Division (SGD) Unit-II is spread across 24,000 square meters & has 2 value stream lines dedicated for passenger vehicle segment. Additional 1 value stream line installation is in progress
The Shaft Bearing Division (SBD) is located in the nearby premises and spread across 6,000 square meters, specially dedicated to manufacture water pump bearings, and also encompasses machining facility to meet the stringent quality levels.
