  • 1987 - Aqua Bearings Ltd. was formed
  • 1997 - Ring Gears & Aqua Bearings were merged to form Ring Plus Aqua Ltd.
  • 2005 - Raymond acquired controlling interest in Ring Plus Aqua Ltd.
  • 2006 - Entered into the JV with AJ Rose, USA & formed Rose Engineered Products Pvt. Ltd. For manufacturing of Sheet Metal Pulleys
  • 2008 - Entered into the PV segment with Fiat, Hyundai and Ford as the key customers
  • 2009 - Developed Design & Engineering capability in Bearings and Flexplates
  • 2010 - Supplies started to VW , Volvo, Daimler and entered into Japanese & Chinese market
  • 2011 - Capacity expansion initiated for Ring gear and Bearings
  • 2012 - Acquired Trinity India to enter into forge machined component space
  • 2014 - Quality System:: Awarded OSHAS and EMS certifications
  • 2015 - Trinity India divested
                     Supplies started to BMW / Maruti Suzuki / TATA Hexa for Flex plates.
                     Supplies started for Suzuki/Ford/TATA water pump bearings.
  • 2016 - JV with AJ Rose, USA discontinued
                     Supplies started to Pierburg, France for PSA Bearings
  • 2018 - Capacity expansion of BMW flex plate line & ring gear line , Total capacity of 6Mn gears/annum
  • 2019 - Established Greenfield Facility for manufacturing Ring gears, Total capacity of 8.2Mn gears/annum
  • 2020 - Enhance product portfolio & manufacturing capabilities
  • 2021 - Capacity expansion initiated for Gears & Bearings to enhance capacity to 9.2Mn pcs & 5.7Mn pcs respectively
